Komodo Eye Device

An "Eye" or a "Device" is an abbreviated term for a Komodo Eye Device.  It is the physical hardware that is installed on a computer network in order to "see" the network from the same perspective as a user on that network.  A typical user is a person on a mobile phone connected to a Wi-Fi Network.  The Komodo Eye Device connects to the network on regular intervals and executes a Komodo Test to simulate a user interacting with that computer network.
